Lowongan Bank BTPN

PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk started, back in Bandung in 1959. The bank was initially set up to cater for retired military personnel and named Bank Pegawai Pensiunan Militer or BAPEMIL. Eventually the bank’s customers expanded to civil servant pensioners as well. For more than 50 years BTPN has focused its banking services to serve pensioners, working closely together with the State Pensiun Insurance company, PT Taspen and the state postal company, PT Pos Indonesia.

IT Process & Governance Work Location Jakarta Raya

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop policies, procedures and other ducument supporting the IT business processes, and quality assurance work plan (Quality Assurance Plan)
  • Ensuring compliance processes associated with the unit QAPP and other work units in providing products and services with the regulations, policies, procedures, and QA plan specified.
  • Carry out the validation of the activity / process development and implementation of operations in accordance with policies, standards and procedures.
  • Identify, conduct or provide training related to quality standards and IT management standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement (continius improvement) on the quality management system and other standards that have been set.
  • Report the progress of the implementation of initiatives and policy development procedures as needed.
  • Develop and continuously update policies procedures as needed.
  • Documented policies and procedures approved and executed.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): prosedure, supporting, QA.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Preferred language(s): English.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in Project Management or equivalent.

Application Performance Management Officer Work Location Jakarta Raya

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive monitoring of application performance in production area and taking necessary actions.
  • Identification of slowness, halts, degradation and wastes within the production environment.
  • Performing and preparing trend analysis reports of application performance in different areas.
  • Based on trend analysis providing feedback / suggestions to the operations, application development or network group.
  • Reports for capacity planning and infrastructure utilization.
  • Performing analysis and investigations on the current and past issues for permanent fixes.
  • Managing team.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Software engineerring, Database concepts, SQL writing.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Preferred language(s): English.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in IT Executive/MIS or Project Management.
