Requirements

  • Male/Female with Bachelor degree from law (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
  • Able to work as team
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and high initiative
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Adaptive and fast learner
  • Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)

Special Hired Program
Bahana TCW

Requirements

  • Hold bachelor degree (S1) from reputable universities
  • Computer literate (Windows, Internet, Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, energetic and highly motivated
  • Proacrive and High initiative
  • Acle work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Adaptive and fast learner
  • Able to prioritize tasks and able to work as a team
  • Enjoy dining and/or going out

Internal Auditor (IA-QAIA)

Requirements

  • Min. S1 Degree in Accounting / Management / System Information.
  • Min. 3 years working experience as an Internal Audit or public accountant office in financial institution
  • Have a Certified as Quality Internal Audit (QIA) or equivalent
  • Heve some exposure on capital market high preferred
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work as team
  • Proactive and high initiative
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Adaptive and fast learner
  • Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)

Relationship Manager – Commercial Credit (RM-CC)

Requirements

  • Male/Female with bachelor degree (minimum)
  • Having deep knowledge on lending in Indonesia
  • Having experiences as Account Officer in banking or financial institution especially in commercial credit (minimum 3 years)
  • Deep knowledge on company financial report analysis is a must
  • Having good persuasion, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team Player, proactive and high initiative
  • Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)

Cluster Manager Micro Finance (CM) – Bekasi

Requirements

  • Minimum education S1 all majors
  • Have at least 3 years experience as a Head Unit Micro Bank or non-bank financial institutions.
  • Recognizing and Controlling the placement area
  • Ability to motivate teams under
  • Having good Leadership skills

  • Communicative, proactive and have a high initiative

Staff Admin Investasi (SAI)

Requirements

  • Minimum education S1 Management, Finance / Accounting
  • Having experience as Credit Administration at least 1 year
