HR Generalist Officer
- Age 25 – 30 years
- Min Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university
- GPA min 3.00 (out of 4.00)
- Minimum have 3 years experiences in Human Resources Department, preferably those have joined EPC company
- Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance appraisal and human resource information system (HRMS)
- Understand Indonesian Labor Regulation, especially for engineering & construction
- Placement at Jakarta (office) and project site
Other Requirement :
- Must have good analytical thinking and ability to perform with minimum supervision.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
- Posses a strong organizing, planning, communication, and analytical thinking
- Hard worker and able to work under pressure
