PT PAM Lyonnaise Jaya (PALYJA) has been present in Jakarta to improve clean water provision and services to the people in the western part of Jakarta since February 1st, 1998 for a 25 years of Cooperation Agreement with PAM Jaya. PALYJA is part of SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT, a business line of GDF SUEZ France, which provides Water and Waste Services as well as related equipment essential for day to day life and the environment protection; and also part of PT Astratel Nusantara, business line of ASTRA Group – Indonesia which runs business in infrastructure sector.

Logistic Manager


  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) areas of study Engineering / Economics
  • Minimum 7 years work experience in same field
  • Work experience has a subordinates (subordinate) at least 3 years previous work
  • Having knowledge of engineering and mechanical
  • Thinking about knowledge of procurement strategy
  • Having knowledge of inventory / warehouse management
  • Having a basic knowledge of financial and accounting
  • Have tax knowledge and application of taxation
  • Having a working knowledge of standards of operation
  • Having a general knowledge of product analysis
  • Having knowledge of risk management and fraud
  • Ability to operate computer (MS Office)
  • The ability of oral and written English

Personnel Management

Job Description

  • Inspect and monitor the implementation and provision of benefits administration
  • Facilitate the implementation of the Performance Plan and Review at each work unit.
  • Build HRIS
  • Performance review and analyze the results of calculating bonuses and salary increases in accordance with established policy.
  • Conduct internal and external analysis and make the salary and benefit schemes, salary policy, and benefits programs.
  • Negotiating salaries for recruiting new employees.


  • Minimum education S1 field of study Management
  • Work experience as a supervisor at least 3 years in the same plane
  • Understanding of Employment Law & Regulation
  • Understanding of the concept of Workforce Planning

Future Model Development

Job Description

  • Create and update master plans in the pipeline, updating the master of future models as well as conduct annual extension program that can be submitted to the annual Capex plans.


  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) The field of civil engineering studies
  • Understanding the water supply system
  • Being able to read a map network
  • Mastering GIS, AutoCAD and hydraulic model software
  • Understand the principles hydaulic
  • Knowing about piping accessories and functions

Reporting Specialist

Job Description

  • Make reports to the production activities of PAM Jaya, technical reports, collect all the data production installations, and prepare a report of non compliance of the raw water, clean water and drinking water


  • Minimum Strata 1 (S1) areas of civil engineering / environmental
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the same plane
  • Computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • English skills, both verbal and written
  • Understanding the requirements according to criteria of PIMS (9001/OHSAS 18001/ISO ISO 17025) according to the scope of each
  • Reporting Analyst (Middle Level)

Environment Section Head

Job Description

  • Managing the company’s environment aspect from planning, monitoring and evaluation on section’s performance for environmental compliance, promotion, protection and conservation.


  • Min S1/Master in Environmental Engineering
  • Experience min 7 years in environmental management & Engineering
  • Deep Understanding on Water treatment and river/raw water quality
  • Knowledge ISO 14001
  • English Proficiency
