STAF TEKNIK SIPIL

Kualifikasi:

  • Pria, usia maksimal 35 tahun.
  • Min. S1 Teknik Sipil dari Universitas Ternama, diutamakan dari Universitas Negeri diseluruh Indonesia.
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Civil Engineer di berbagai Kontraktor Sipil Ternama di Indonesia.
  • Memiliki Integritas/Kejujuran yang tinggi dan suka menerima tantangan baru.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh Wilayah Indonesia.

CORPORATE AMBASSADOR

Requirements:

  • Female with maximum 35 (thirty five) years old,
  • An Undergraduate Degree (S1) from Public Relation, Management or any similar major,
  • Minimum one year of experience in public relation, corporate communication, marketing, and corporate secretary area.
  • Excellence appearance, self confidence, self motivated type of person.
  • Good communication skill in English both of oral and business writing.

HRD Officer

Requirements:

  • Male is a must, with maximum 35 years old.
  • Education background: Undergraduate Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Management or any similar major with min. CGPA score: 3,0 (scale of 4,0)
  • Having an experience in handling several HR Administration & Operational Tasks such as: Compensation and Benefits, Attendance Management, Employment Contracts, any other day to day HR Administration activities.
  • Having a broad knowledge in HR Operational & Administration especially in Construction Industry.
  • Excellent English communication both speaking and writing.

SENIOR AUDITOR

Requirements:

  • Male with maximum age 40 years old,
  • Undergraduate Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance with minimum CGPA Score: 3.00,
  • Minimum five (5) years of working experience in similar position as Senior Auditor,
  • Preferably an Auditor from Big five (5) Audit Firm worldwide.
  • Familiar with and having implementation of Risk Based Audit,
  • Certification from attending training of Risk Based Audit,
  • Certification of Risk Management is advantaged,
  • Mastering Operational Audit, Risk Management and Business Process especially for Construction Industry.
  • Able to cooperate with a wide range of people
  • Integrity, accountability and highly committed type of person with excellent personality, interpersonal and communication skill.

SENIOR IT MANAGER

Requirements:

  • Male, with maximum forty five (45) years old.
  • Min. Undergraduate Degree (S1) and preferably A Postgraduate or Master Degree (S2) in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Having 3 years of excellence experience as IT Manager.
  • Hands on experience in developing large-scale high performance applications.
  • Experienced in object-oriented analyst and design, database management, data structure, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience in Web Service development using Java /XML/SOAP/WSDL is a must.
  • Working experience as programmer/system analyst with many technologies (Visual Studio, Java, Oracle, SQL etc.).
  • Highly motivated, strong software design and debugging others.
  • Having good skill in project management and presentation skill.
  • Strong organizational skill, including the ability to quickly resolve problems and work with a minimum supervision.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule, independently and proactively.
  • Strong analytical skill and attention to detail.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sharp analytical skill, creative and thinking broad.
  • Fast learner, flexible and adaptable.
  • Good in communication or customer centric.
  • Show leadership and also good team member.

Staf Legal

Persyaratan :

  • Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 35 Tahun.
  • Pendidikan S1 di bidang Hukum dengan IPK minimal; 3,0 (skala: 4,0)
  • Memiliki pengalaman pribadi dalam menangani;
  • Pembebasan Lahan (land acquisition)
  • Akusisi Perusahaan (corporate acquisition)
  • Menguasai aspek administrasi kontrak dan legal di bidang Jasa Konstruksi, terutama Sipil.
  • Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi oral yang baik dan efisien
  • Aktif berbahasa Inggris secara baik lisan & tulisan

Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

Requirements:

  • Male, with maximum 35 (thirty five) years old,
  • An Undergraduate Degree (S1) from Electrical or Mechanical Engineering major.
  • Minimum 5 (five) years of working experience as ME Engineer in General Contractor, preferably in Civil Construction.
  • Integrity, self confidence, self motivated type of person, dare to take a new challenging tasks
  • Willing to be relocated around Indonesia.
