Administration Staff

Requirements :

  • Graduated from Secretarial Academy or S1 in any filed
  • Female, maximum age 28 years old
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Having at least 1 year experience as Secretary or Administration Staff
  • Having good appearance, personality, and communication skills
  • Having good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Project Monitoring and Claim

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Economy/Finance/Accountancy/Business Management/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Min. 1 year(s) of working experience as project admin or project monitoring is required for this position.
  • Have a good knowledge about Risk Management
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Senior Admin

Requirements :

  • Min. Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Min. 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Having a good appearance, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well organized, fast learner, multitasking and willing to serve
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Senior Manager Risk and Compliance

Requirements :

  • MIn. Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): risk management, internal control, Microsoft Office.
  • Have a good knowledge about Risk Management, Internal Control
  • Have a good knowledge about Financial Model (Corporate/Project) – Certified
  • Required language(s): English
  • Min. 3 year(s) of working experience in Risk Management and Auditing is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Manager / Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Hard worker, fast learner, have a good attention to details and logical thinking
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
