Requirements :

Corporate Reporting

Job Description

  • Preparing the data required by the Corporate Secretary for a variety of purposes, such as monthly reports, Annual Report, and information for business presentations.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with the staff of Data & Information to ensure the correctness and validity of all data and information that has been obtained both from internal and external sources Pertamina Patra Niaga, before further processing in accordance with the rules and procedures and the mechanism of the correct methodology.
  • Responsible for the monthly report of the Corporate Secretary and to prepare the ‘Annual Company Report’ as well as corporate presentations and prepare a draft specific files or materials meeting the demands of top management company Pertamina Patra Niaga as needed
  • Responsible for the preparation, for using data, and controll the data of reporting for internal purposes in the management of Pertamina Patra Niaga as well as to the addressed for external parties.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Finance Analyst, Microsoft Office, Financial Report Preparation, etc
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance – Corporate Finance/Corporate Reporting/Investment or equivalent.

Secretary To Director

Job Description

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence for Board of Directors
  • Routine administrative work such as filling, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and other appropriate job refferals
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and incoming and outcoming document through mails, letters, emails, etc
  • Reporting to Board of Directors
  • Prepare and provide personal and corporate activities for Board of Directors

  • Arrange and maintain schedule / event for internal & external meetings and coordinate with related person / departments

Requirements :
