Lowongan Kerja PP Properti – PT PP Properti Tbk is an Indonesian public-listed property company, headquartered in Jakarta. PP Properti operates primarily as a property developer and has its business activities focused in three business units: Commercial, Residential and Hospitality. Its business include development, construction and management of several commercial building, office, apartment, residence, hotel, mall, trade centre and other facilities. PP Properti is a member of state-owned construction giant, PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP Group). As of December 2015, PTPP Group has an equity interest in PP Properti amounted to 64.98%, the rest is owned by YKKPP amounted to 0.06% and by 34.96% public. PP Properti was established in 12 December 2013 as spin off results of Property Division of PTPP Group.

In order to strengthen its business fundamentals, PT PP Properti Tbk invites qualified candidates to fullfill the position as follows

Marketing Communication

Requirements

  • Minimum background in Bachelor degree (S1) in Marketing or Communication from reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of marketing or communication.
  • Strong understanding of the property industry.
  • Previous experience in trade marketing for major multiples.
  • Previous experience in managing event, such as open house, exhibition, media gathering
  • Able to prioritize and focus on the basis of commercial needs.
  • Have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Have skills in administrating website, digital and social media

Business Analyst

Requirements

  • Age between 25-30 years old.
  • Minimum background in Master degree (S1) in Business Administration or Management (Finance) from reputable university.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 grade scale.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same / similar job.
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong presentation skill (with or without power point).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Have strong competencies at analytical thinking, budgeting skill, communication skill, presentation skill, teamwork and coordination.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.

SHE Officer

Requirements

  • Age between 24-30 years old.
  • Minimum background in Bachelor degree (S1) in Health and Safety from reputable university.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 grade scale.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SHE/HSE role including responsibilities for provide coaching on site, planned and unplanned.
  • Hands-on technical experience in OHSAS 18001 or ISO 14001 International Standards
  • Possess certification in Ahli Muda, AK3 Konstruksi.
  • Familiar with health, safety and environmental regulations / law.
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
