Loker PT SMI – PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) is Jakarta based non bank financial company with more than 4 years of experience in providing infrastructure financing services (loan, mezzanine and equity for infrastructure projects), project preparation and infrastructure advisory. PT SMI (Persero) is 100% owned by the Government of Indonesia and formed as a catalyst for accelerating infrastructure development in Indonesia.

PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) is looking for experienced highly competent and self motivated profesionals to fill the following position :

Research, Strategy, & Business Development (Junior Staff)

Requirements

  • Male/Female, maximum 31 years old
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Economic, Business, Management, Finance
  • At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in Finance/Banking/Capital Market/management Consulting
  • Have a good knowledge of Economic, Capital Market, Financial Modelling, and Analysis
  • Have experience in corporate planning or research and development area
  • Have a good knowledge of micro and macro economic
  • Have experience to explore market and business opportunities
  • Have experience to develop forecasting and financial model
  • Have a good writting skill for reporting (i.e Annual Report) and research materials
  • Have a good presentation and communication skills
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, attentive to details, and excellent quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office application (MS Word, MS Power Point, and MS Excell)

Risk Management Staff – Credit Risk

Requirements :

  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Economic
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in similar position in Banking/Private Equity/Investment Bank Industry as Credit Analyst or Rating Analyst
  • Understanding credit risk and other risk related to lending activity
  • Having CFA/FRM will be advantage
  • Understand and can operate Bloomberg application
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually
  • Having attention to detail and risk focus
  • Willing to travel to project site
  • Have a good analytical skill, decision making, and problem solving skills
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with computer literacy including risk scoring sheet program and MS Offfice
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken is a must

Junior Staff Legal

Requirements :

  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree In Law from reputable university
  • Having minimum 2-3 years experience in Banking – Corporate accounts with BSMR Level 1
  • Having ability and knowledge about loan documentation
  • Having ability and knowledge about project finance and infrastructure projects
  • Having ability and knowledge about legal drafting and corporate law
  • Should possess good sense of responsibility and accountability with pleasant working and learning attitude
  • Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill
  • Willing to work in a team and under pressure
  • Good command of English both written and spoken is a must

Project Development Staff

Requirements :

  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Project Management from reputable university
  • Having minimum 3-5 years experience in similar position particularly in Government Project / State Owned Company / Multi National Company / Multi Lateral Organization
  • Having ability to collaborate with external parties (Debtor, external consultant, etc)
  • Experienced in the construction of infrastructure project
  • Having good experience in all activities of the procurement process
  • Having good knowledge in government procurement regulations and e-procurement best practices
  • Having good experience in planning / construction / operation of transportation project
  • Having good knowledge in transportation demand / revenue modelling airport operation or data collection is an advantage
  • Having good project management skills
  • Having knowledge and experience related to public private partnership
  • Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill
  • Proficient with Microssoft Office
  • Good command of English both in written and spoken is a must
