Manager Operational (Tarakan, Palangkaraya, dan Pare-Pare)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Have experience as a project manager or project leader
  • Responsible for managing the Operations and Maintenance
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering – Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Training – Development Manager

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • To Ensure the Training Plan Record and hands on Training arrangement
  • To communicate with training providers, the internal trainers and invited specialist trainers on any topics of training prior to conduct the training
  • To ensure the training is conducted as planned
  • Set up and continually improving of a Human Resources Development strategy to improve the knowledge base of employees find new ideas for necessary training for employees
  • Preferably Manager specializing in Training & Development or equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Senior Business Analyst

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • understanding the company’s Business Plan
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering – Industrial or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
