Pupuk Kaltim produces Urea, Ammonia, Compound fertilizer and Organic fertilizer. Production processes are supported by a comprehensive range of production facilities using international standards of technology. To ensure consistency of product quality, all fertilizer products are officially certified with the Indonesian Government at the Department of Agriculture.

In order to obtain government certification, each product is required to pass a series of quality control laboratory tests and effectiveness monitoring through application in the field. The tests are performed by an independent testing institution appointed by the government. These controls help to ensure that customers continue to receive maximum benefits from Pupuk Kaltim products.

PT Pupuk Kaltim is conducting Competency Based Human Resources Management (CBHRM). This CBHRM begins with a competence directory arrangement which includes hard and soft competencies. Hard competency is built in accordance to Knowledge Based and Work Based, while Soft Competency consists of Core Competency, Role Competency and Behaviour Competency.

In order to meet manpower needs and to prepare cadres, PT Pupuk Kaltim provide an opportunity for Indonesian citizens to follow the selection as a prospective employee of PT Pupuk Kaltim by these terms as follows:

I. REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Indonesian citizen who has a valid ID card.
  2. Age on the date of 8 September 2011 aged 24 years maximum.
  3. Male gender (For the purposes of the factory)
  4. Education Level: * D3: Department of Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Department.
  5. Have a minimum GPA 2.80 (scale of 0 s / d 4)
  6. Preferred who have English language skills both written and oral.
  7. Not tied to service in other agencies.

For those applicants who meet the criteria as mentioned above may submit an application letter by attaching:

  1. Curriculum Vitae
  2. Copy of last ljazah which has been legalized or Graduate Certificate for applicants who pass the exam in 2011.
  3. Copy of academic transcripts that have been legalized
  4. Copy of a valid national ID card.
  5. Copy of Police Notes are still valid.
  6. Card Copy Job Seeker AK / l (yellow card) is still valid.
  7. 3×4 size color photographs as much as 2 sheets.

Note

  1. At the top left corner of the envelope / application folder, list the Level of Education and Programs.
  2. In a letter of application to include the address of residence accompanied by a clear and telephon number / HP which can be contacted.

IV. MISCELLANEOUS

  1. In this selection process applicants are not charged a fee.
  2. Only applicants who meet the requirements will be called to follow the selection.
  3. Cover letter that goes into the property of PT. Kaltim Fertilizer and can not be asked back.
  4. Applicants are encouraged to ignore the parties that promise to help pass the selection process.
  5. Place of execution of tests in the city of Balikpapan in East Kalimantan.
