Rekrutmen Telkomtelstra – Telkomtelstra is a newly launched information technology (ICT) company in Indonesia, based in Jakarta. The Company concentrates its business activities in the field of network application and services (NAS) by targeting banking and financial institutions. Telkomtelstra offers a wide range of managed solution services, comprising managed network services, managed cloud services, software as a Service, Unified communication and collaboration services, managed security services and professional services.

Telkomtelstra are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position :

AVP Cloud (Code: AVPC)

Requirements :

  • Minimum 8+ years experience in a product or marketing role, preferably in ICT
  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution, preferable overseas graduate
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in leading a successful team
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal including proficiency in English language
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Having a good Customer focus, winning culture, team work and accountability.
  • Stakeholder relationship management skills

Responsibilities :

  • Identify, develop and manage of the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud offers against the offer portfolio and ensure its profitability.
  • Deliver on all overarching collateral executing the ‘go to market’ plan for the cloud offer roadmap.
  • Position and differentiate cloud offers in the marketplace through competitive analysis and analysis of market trends.
  • Create business plans development for multiple segments, forecast sales volumes, market penetrations, mix and work with pricing to achieve planned contribution margins.
  • Interface with multiple groups, nationally and globally, to develop new cloud offers and modify or bundle existing offers.
  • Provide services to transition offers from development to launch.
  • The conduit position to the Telstra and Telkom offer marketing teams to ensure offers are aligned and existing assets are leveraged.
  • Leverage on Market Research and NPS measurement into consideration for cloud and collaboration offerings.
  • Ensuring cloud offerings have a positive outcome on customer advocacy.
  • Must comply with Company Business Principles, Values, Code of Conduct and policies & procedures.

Managed Cloud SaaS Specialist (Code: MCSS)

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in a product role, preferably in ICT
  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution, preferable overseas graduate.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal including proficiency in English language
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Having a good Customer focus, winning culture, team work and accountability
  • Stakeholder relationship management skills

Requirements :

  • More than 5 years experience in a pricing or commercial role
  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution
  • Information Technology proficiency preferred
  • Commercial acumen, problem solving, drive for results.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Continue to drive improved profitability through commercial innovation & aligned customer pricing strategies across the entire engagement on associated solutions, displaying value driven discussion & proactive nature.
  • Perform complex analysis and recognise patterns in data to initiate incremental improvements and solutions to existing processes, products and systems in own area
  • Provide quality advice based on the fact
  • Escalate unanticipated variations for approval and submit business case requirements
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the corporate memory/ data base for the business area to achieve continued improvement
  • Work across targeted segments to drive sustainable global business growth.
  • Develop and manage the portfolio rate card and the pricing component of the services catalogue
  • Provide profitability insights and work with product and marketing teams to develop pricing campaigns
  • Develop and manage process & governance, pricing automation enablement and pricing intelligence streams
  • Follow up inputs from Market Research and NPS measurement into consideration
  • Work with partners and suppliers to drive sustainable growth for the business
  • Ensuring pricing has a positive outcome on customer advocacy
  • Must comply with Company Business Principles, Values, Code of Conduct and policies & procedures.
