Admin Legal Staff

Job Description:

  • Handle tasks related to legal documentations
  • Handle tasks related to legal workshops
  • Organize and maintain files for departmental correspondence and records
  • Maintain administrative supports, such as minutes meeting and letter drafting


  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • S1 administration or legal background from reputable university
  • Fluent in English
  • Computer literate
  • Having 1-2 years of experience will be an advantage
  • Having experience related to legal and administration
  • Having good appearance, personality, and communication skills
  • Well organized, fast, and productive
  • High attention to details and able to perform multitasking
  • Fast learner and able to work under pressure

Business Development and Communication Internship

Job Description:

  • Input data related to Company Stakeholder
  • Maintain administrative supports
  • Liaise with Person In Charge from stakeholder via telephone or website
  • Making additional information related to existing stakeholders to support internal documents


  • Fresh graduates or students in final year of Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • Willing to learn new things
  • Willing to complete internship period for minimum 1 month
  • Computer literate (Especially MS. Excel)
  • Able to join immediately

Training Manager for IIGF Institute

Job Description:

  • Design the Training Program based on approval on Training Needs Assessment proposal (Training outcomes, duration, target participants, assessment & evaluation)
  • Supervise training or workshop session
  • Ensure proper evaluation and analysis of training programs are conducted
  • Evaluate and provide training database periodically
  • Support and initiate to improve best practice on PII Institute Core Knowledge


  • S1/S2 from reputable university
  • Have experience in training area within 5 years
  • Excellent communication skills (especially public speaking), interpersonal skills, and emotional skills
  • Eager to learn new things
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Able to perform multitasking
  • Able to deliver ideas in attractive ways
  • Have exposure in infrastructure area
