Lowongan PT SMI – PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) is a fast growing state-owned company in Indonesia that runs in non-bank financial Industry. PT SMI is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia and has 5 years of serving the country in providing financial services to infrastructure projects, including loan, mezzanine and equity, project preparation and infrastructure advisory. PT SMI was founded in 2009 by the Government of Indonesia as catalyst in the acceleration of the national infrastructure development program.

PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position

Risk Management Staff (Rating Analyst)

Requirements :

  • Maximum 32 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree / Post Graduate Degree In Management / Finance / Accounting / Economic / Statistic
  • Having Minimum 4 years experience in Banking / Private Equity / Investment Bank Industry as Rating Analyst.
  • Having CFA / FRM
  • Having Risk Management Certification Level 2
  • Understanding Credit Risk Management and other risk related to lending activity
  • Understanding rating analysis methodology
  • Understanding market risk management
  • Having ability and understanding to analyze financial statement
  • Having ability and understanding to analyze infrastructure funding
  • Having ability and understanding to analyze the investment and portfolio management
  • Understanding software SPSS, SAS, and E-views
  • Having ability related with VBA For Excell program
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually
  • Having attention to detail and risk focus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Proficient with computer literacy including risk scoring sheet program and Ms.Office
  • Having fluency in english both written and spoken is a must

Operational Risk Team Leader

Requirements:

  • Male / Female, Age 30-40 years old
  • Candidates will be a degree holder with a minimum of 5 years experience in a dedicated risk management role ideally gained in a leading national Bank or Non-Bank Financial institutions. Those with front office experience are desirable as are those with an FRM qualifications or an advanced quantitative degree.
  • Candidates will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills and strong influencing skills with proven experinece and success in identifying and building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Candidates will need to be flexible and adaptable, able to prioritize / organize effectively and have excellent attention to detail and the ability to understand complex products and processes.
  • Having experience to develop and maintain company policies and procedures in accordance with the capacity of company’s business development process
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.

Advisory Staff

Requirements :

  • Minimum 25 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree In Financial Management / Accounting / Business Management / Engineering from reputable university.
  • Having minimum 3 years experience in infrastructure consultant / foreign or domestic financial institutions (Securities, Investment Bank, etc).
  • Having knowledge to create financial modelling.
  • Having experience to manage and develop infrastructure projects.
  • Having CFA Level 1 will be advantage
  • Having experience related with financial transaction and financing structure.
  • Good presentation skill and having experience to prepare and compile reports
  • Having good organizational and interpersonal skill
  • Having excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken

Procurement And Expert Supervision Staff

Requirements :

  • Minimum 30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering from reputable university
  • Having min. 3 years experience in similar position in Government Project / Infrastructure Project
  • Having knowledge and experience in Government procurement regulations and International Procurement Best Practice, especially to handle procurement of consultant services
  • Having certificate of National procurement expert will be advantage
  • Having knowledge and experience to manage, coordination, and monitoring job report from external consultant / expert staff
  • Having involved in the procurement process of National and International consultant service
  • Having knowledge and understand about Infrastructure project in Indonesia
  • Having knowledge and understand related to Public Private Partnership
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually
  • Proficient in Ms. Office
  • Excellent communication of English and Indonesian both written and spoken is a must
