Secretary To Senior General Manager

Requirements :
General :

  • Good communication skill

Specific :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Candidate must have initiative, energetic, and responsive.
  • Independent and able to perform multitasking job.
  • Detail oriented, able to perform and deliver tasks on time.
  • Well organized, fast, and productive.
  • Ability to perform in fast paced-environment and consistently prioritize task and meet deadlines.

Site Engineer (ME)

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years in installing, testing, implementing and commissioning of power and telecommunication system/network
  • Familiar with local PLN and Telco requirements
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in CAD software and project planning/scheduling programs (Microsoft Projects/Primavera)
  • Specialized in electrical analysis design, mechanical design, and plumbing design for high rise building construction

Marketing Executive

Requirements :

  • Min 3-5 years experiences in construction/property/building and infrastructure.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Computer literate, including the main software : CAD 2D & 3D Map, Total Station Systems (Theodolites).
  • Familiar with activities like : Using surveying instruments and GPS (geospatial measurement), producing digital images (photogrammetry and remote sensing), gathering data and using geographic information systems (GIS & geomatics), monitoring land movement and subsidence (geomechanics).

Project Engineer

Requirements :

  • A recognized Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Civil or structural Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in project management.
  • Must be independent and able to plan and implement project from inception to completion.
  • Good knowledge of detailing, design and construction of building, facilities and M & E installations.
  • Familiar with construction cost data and conditions of building contracts.
  • Knowledge and skill in project management tools, processes and documentation.
  • Experience working in a multiple project environment.
  • Must be self driven with a good sense of urgency.
  • High level of integrity, resourcefulness and result-oriented.
  • Strong initiatives with passion and drive to succeed.

Contract Administrator / Quantity Surveyor

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in contract administration / quantity surveyor for development and building construction.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Familiar with construction (material & Equipment) cost data and terms and conditions of building contract.
  • Computer literate, especially at some Microsoft Office and Construction software (i.e : CAD Software).

Human Resource Manager

Requirements :

  • Must fluent English (fluent both in oral and written)
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Responsible in managing HR daily, monthly, and yearly reports.
  • Candidate must able to make a good start up program, especially in Human Resources Department.
  • Candidate must able to set up the quality objectives to develop the company.

Finance Officer
