Job Description

Corporate Secretary Division Head

Requirements

  • Degree in Management or relevant fields from reputable university (Degree of Law preferable)
  • Min 3 years experience in similar position
  • Having a working knowledge of corporate and securities law
  • Extensive experience at the professional level of corporate secterary fields
  • Knowing how to overcome bureucratic thinking in the company
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, oral and written

Internal Audit Division Head

Requirements

  • Degree in Management or relevant fields from reputable university
  • Designation as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
  • Min 3 years experience in similar position
  • Extensive experience at the professional level of accounting and auditing
  • Knowledge of general accepted accounting principles, audit procedures and techniques, and internal controls
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, oral and written, and to make presentations to the Board of Directors
  • Expertise to effectively plan, organize and prioritize to manage time
