Finance & Accounting Staff.
(Jakarta Raya – Cilandak, Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for account payable system and account receivable, prepare journal entries, prepare summary monthly report, reconcile budget and expense, bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow.
  • Responsible for preparing all tax report accurately and timely, accourding to the tax regulation.
  • Responsible for preparing data for external auditor throught annual/semiannually financial statement audit process.
  • Responsible for preparing payment process for the Company’s vendors.
  • Responsible for preparing invoice to the Company’s customers

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Min 2 years experience in same position but Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Have good understanding about Indonesia taxation regulation.
  • Computer literate (min. Excel & MS Word) and familiar with SAP program.
  • Have strong analytical and problem solving skills with strong interest in detail.
  • Dynamic and motivated individual with ability to work under pressure.
  • Committed to learning, hard worker, and good self initiative.

Business Development Executive
(Jakarta Raya – cilandak)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing & Business Development Manager in marketing and sales activities with respect to customer relationship, brand building, pricing analysis, and deliver customized solution in conjunction with customer’s request into a written proposal format and tender/RFQ/RFP
  • To develop industrial shipping market understanding, identify the target market, develop pipe lines
  • and relationships with the prospective clients, offer customized shipping solutions and bring the prospect clients on board to achieve the company‚Äôs growth
  • Regularly provide Marketing & Business Development Manager with a variety of data of certain
  • specific technical, operations and market for company long term development
  • To ensure the effective implementation and adherence to all process maps and SOPs within
  • Marketing & Business Development department and inter departments in coordination with ISM Codes and HESS-Q policies
  • Build relationship with customers including to conduct regular visits and sales calls to prospective customers

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Marine) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): English.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • 1 Full-Time positions available.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill (excellence in English both oral and written)
  • Computer literate for report writing and presentation
  • Excellent health, hard worker, able to work under pressure, creative and dynamic
  • Male/female, age 25 – 30 years
