PT Telkom Akses require professional with complate dedication and high motivation to fill the positions for :
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Min. 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Priority for the region Kalimantan and Palembang
- Required Skill(s): Commercial and business awareness, Excellent communication and presentation skills, High numeracy and sound technical skills, Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others, An analytical approach to work, Problem-solving skills and initiative, Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise, The ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships, The capacity to make quick but rational decisions, The potential to lead and motivate others, good IT skills.
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Human Resources Manager
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- Min. 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Hiring, Human Resources Management, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure, Classifying Employees, Employment Law, Organization
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Familiar with Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) , Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), PHP, Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), Linux, Java, Oracle DB, SQL Server, VB.net, ASP.net
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Eye for detail and identifying problems
- An understanding of business
- Analytical and commercial experience
- Min. 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
