Client Service Representative- Healthcare
American Health Associates (AHA) is seeking full-time Customer Service Reps for our busy Clinical Laboratory in the Cincinnati, Ohio area!
$500 SIGN-ON BONUS
We are looking for candidates with strong customer service experience and we currently have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available to join our growing Call Center Team!!!
The selected candidate must possess:
+1 year of CS experience, preferably in a Call Center or healthcare environment.
Knowledge of lab test orders; solid understanding of the importance of critical results.
Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills required.
Effective verbal and written communications, especially listening skills.
10-Key & Alpha Numeric Data Entry, 40 WPM speed and accuracy.
Strong computer skills and work ethic.
Ability to multi-task, work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Outstanding Customer Service and phone skills.
Ensure patient privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA are upheld always.

The person hired will be trained to work in the following areas:
1. Answering telephones/ resolving client issues/ calling critical results 2. Entering patient demographics 3. Monitoring incoming and outgoing faxes on the fax server 4. Making calls to dispatch Phlebotomists
· High school diploma
· +1 year of customer service experience, in healthcare preferred.
· Detail oriented with ability to multi-task daily.
