Detail of : Administrative Assistant Receptionist Job Opening in Port Orange
· Answer telephone in a prompt courteous manner, giving first name to caller.
· Promptly processes all telephone messages and emails.
· Schedule estimates with customers.
· Review orders processed by others for accuracy.
· Must be fluent in Excel. Enter measurements provided by others into excel spreadsheet.
· Must be fluent in Microsoft Word. Type quotes and email to the customers after managements approval.
· Accept signed proposals and deposits via check or credit card. Then prepare folders.
· Maintain samples in the showroom, follow up on samples checked out and reorder.
· Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including ordering office supplies,
copy, fax, typing, taking notes, file, refill bathroom supplies, run to post office,
send shipments UPS, order lunches and making travel plans.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
Paid time off
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
