Adirondack Oral Surgery is a thriving specialty practice with three locations in the Capital Region. We are seeking a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its patients and referring practices. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively scheduling patients, solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping patient satisfaction at the core of every decision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” and templates for scheduling
• Keep detailed records of all patient interactions in our digital EMR software
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Skills

• Previous experience in a customer support, call center role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and health plans
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, meet deadlines and manage time effectively
• Strong computer skills, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel and digital software applications
• High school degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
