The role of the Program Concierge at Cheer UP Athletics is to tend to the variety of needs of program members & their families as well as gym ownership & staff.
This person plays a critical role in Cheer UP’s operations by being a main point of human contact between the gym, its staff, and the families it serves.
The overall goal of the Program Concierge is to make sure that Cheer UP runs as smoothly as possible.

Help coordinate fundraising activities for program.
Help make sure all families are up to date on all info necessary for competitions program is participating in (specifically all logistics around competition – travel, hotel & flight tracking, etc.).
Help ensure athletes & families are aligned to have everything they need for competition [practice uniforms, competition uniforms (including help sizing when necessary), makeup, hairbows, etc.].
Help coordinate marketing materials with communication between ownership, staff, and vendors where necessary.
Help with putting together and arranging for a weekly Blog-Enewsletter that will go out to a contact list.
Help with putting together a monthly newsletter that is mailed by a 3rd party to a contact list.
Regularly assist ownership with office related tasks (loading pictures in CRM, contact clients, etc.) for contracting company that helps fuel programming.
Assist with arranging tumble & skill class schedules.
Help with appointment scheduling (daily maintenance to a scheduling link, confirming appointments, and rescheduling as necessary), data entry, and program fee collection.
When called upon to do so, professionally answer the phone and be willing to utilize phone scripts.
Meet with potential new program participants on occasion to provide information on programming, arranging for tours of the facility, etc.
Providing overall program support — field questions and act as staff-family liaison.
Demonstrate community involvement —attend expos, volunteer events, when called upon to do so to help promote the business.
Follow up to make sure that clients are having a great experience.
Must be someone who is terrific at figuring things out on their own and comfortable working independently from others.
Must be privy to use of modern apps and related technology.
Excellent communications and customer service skills are required – must be ok with talking on the phone!
Knowledge of relevant social media platforms preferred (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok).
A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships are a must.
Overall computer skills are necessary, particularly the capability of using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to use the company office iPhone will be necessary.
Knowledge of CRMs and Appointment Scheduling Applications is preferred (though the willingness to learn is imperative!).
Professional dress code: business casual Office hours: Monday through Thursday: 1pm to approximately 9:30pm; Friday: 10:30am-to approximately 7pm (until daily tasks are done; includes timing for a half hour unpaid lunch); occasional weekend work; this is subject to change.
Pay structure: $16/hour; overtime paid out at time & a half.
