Detail of : Contract Administrator Job Opening in Ballston Spa

The Contracts Administrator will manage all contracts for Faneuil’s E-Pass New York customer service center program. This will include management of the overall client contract and the relationship with all Faneuil MBE/DBE/Veteran partners. This role will manage all contracts and client/vendor/partner interactions as it relates to our contractual commitments. The Contract Administrator will work closely on accurately forecasting the percentage of revenue that will be allocated to each partner and ensure Faneuil complies with all NY Authority requests for information. This is an on-site position in our new call center in the greater Albany area.

Duties

  • Abstract and manage program contracts, which may include Minority/Disabled and Veteran partner agreements, purchase agreements, services agreements, real estate contracts, circuit orders, procurement agreements, NDAs, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on contract change orders and prepare and manage amendments, notices of termination, etc.
  • Develop contract template language and requirements
  • Manage contract life cycle process
  • Interpret contract terms and draft correspondence to vendors as determined in conjunction with Procurement Manager and Legal
  • Verify data integrity of Company’s document management system and contract repository
  • Audit current contracts for completeness and work on executing changes as needed
  • Coordinate all tasks related to vendor inquiries, inclusive of working with external parties and internal employees
  • Prepare accurate and detailed schedule of contract commitment for preparation of budget and annual audits
  • Play a significant role in long-term subcontractor planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes.
  • Works closely with Program Manager and Principal on other special planning and departmental projects.
  • Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
  • Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
  • Collaborates with team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
  • Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.

  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, and interpersonal communication
  • Great analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Good goal setting, planning and motivation skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with a variety of personalities and backgrounds in the workplace
  • Basic knowledge of best finance and operations practices
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to create work schedules and budgets
  • Three (3) years’ experience in contract negotiations, contract administration, and the legal and financial aspects of procurement.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
