As an Administrative Secretary, you will be providing direct support to a Chairman of a department and/or Administrator with responsibilities over multiple cost centers. Performing office and/or administrative duties, this includes assisting the Administrator with coordinating and preparing meetings, maintaining schedules and calendars, travel arrangements, assisting with finances and reports, and other duties as assigned. Must demonstrate great communication skills and maintain confidentiality. Demonstrates appropriate and caring behavior in the workplace, providing respect and dignity to patients, their families, visitors, and staff.
High School plus less than 1 year of formal training or education in Secretarial Sciences, Business or Accounting required
Computer skills to include Word and Excel
More than 2 years but less than 3 years of progressively responsible secretarial experience
One additional year of secretarial science course work from a community or business college may be substituted for 1 year of the required experience with a maximum substituted of 2 years
