Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, eager, professional Coordinator of Office Services to join the team at our Raleigh location. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment among a group of fun and smart professionals. The ideal candidate enjoys organizing and planning and does so with a strong attention to detail and enthusiasm. You take pride in your personal responsibilities and approach your projects with a strong sense of urgency and exceptional customer service.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Manage office needs and day-to-day operations of our Raleigh office
  • Ensure that the office is maintained with the highest level of care and quality and fully stocked with supplies
  • Assist with the onboarding of new team members
  • Organize office events and arrange catering or other special requests for meetings
  • Provide support to the local leadership team with scheduling, work-related travel and expense reports
  • Monitor activities in our main reception area for security purposes
  • Update appointment calendars, manage hoteling space and space for invited guests
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail and overnight deliveries
  • Act as point person for building / facilities related items (AC, repairs, etc.)
  • Continuous monitoring and proactive updating of seating charts
  • Special projects as assigned

What you need to be successful:

  • Professional, energetic, with positive “can do” attitude
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years of related work experience
  • Attention to Detail
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Creative mindset with energy to deliver new employee experiences and events
  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Passionate about ensuring a seamless experience for our clients
  • Highly motivated and a team player
