For more information, please visit us at https://www.fairfaxhospital.com/ POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resources Coordinator administers the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office for the facility. The HR Coordinator assists in the administration of the human resources functions complying with policies & procedures, recruitment, leave of absence coordination and benefits. Duties also include licensure/training education tracking, filing and assisting in organizing all employee activities and in-services.
REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred. Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in hospital business office and/or human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in a hospital business office is preferred Additional Requirements: Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested.
