The Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for registering and scheduling inpatient and outpatient procedures and surgical appointments for patients, clinics, physicians, and staff in a courteous and efficient manner. Customer and quality service are the main objectives.

This positon is a full-time on-site Appointment Scheduler opportunity based at our Woodlake Campus in Woodbury. The hours are MondayFriday, 8:00am4:30pm. (subject to change).

Education

Required

High School or better.

Experience

Preferred

1 year: Scheduling experience is required. Previous specialty clinic scheduling is strongly preferred. Excellent customer service, phone etiquette and attention to detail required.
