We create high-quality, turnkey technical writing, custom training, and competency management solutions for a safe and skilled global energy industry.
We are seeking several full time and part Independent Sales Representatives (on a contract & 100% commission basis) to complement our global sales team and partner to grow the portfolio, serving clients throughout the spectrum in the following locations.
Gulf Coast - Houston, Beaumont, Lake Charles, New Orleans
East Coast – Jersey City, Philadelphia, New Brunswick
West Coast – Los Angeles, Bakersfield
You build and develop relationships with existing and potential customers within the global energy industry. You will be responsible for selling Capstone ITS products and services and are expected to obtain or surpass our annual targets.
5+ years’ sales experience in an industrial environment.
5+ years professional sales experience
5+ years’ experience in the energy industry.
5+ years’ LNG process petrochemical experience preferred.
Experience selling technical training.
Solid understanding of the sales process and dynamics preferred.
Experience in setting sales strategies, forecasts, budgets and managing all aspects of the sales cycle.
Identify target audience and effectively find and follow up on opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and others.
Goal oriented to achieve target through self-motivation, persistence, and determination.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
Customer focus, relationship building and negotiation skills to provide excellent service and value for Capstone ITS customers.
Enjoy dealing with people and analyzing information to identify and solicit potential clients.
Demonstrate high energy / activity levels.
Drive for business results and continuous learning.
Foster team spirit by working collaboratively with others.
Organizational skills and self-discipline required to manage your time effectively.
Problem solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
