Minimum 5-7 years of Construction/Property Management Industry Work Experience
Compute and record numerical data
Enter Sign-In Sheets & Process Payroll
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Experience with Certified Payroll reporting
KNOWLEDGE OF QUICKBOOKS IS A MUST
Proficient in Microsoft Office
MUST HAVE A GET-IT-DONE ATTITUDE
Must have great Follow-up Skills
Must be Resourceful and detail oriented
Must have great communication skills
Must be Articulate Communicator
Must Possess Strong Organization and Time Management Skills
Salary Based on Experience
Job Type: Full-time or Part Time

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
8 hour shift
Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred)
Bookkeeping: 5 years (Preferred)
