Responsibilities: This position works to build a supportive, positive, efficient, and engaged work environment by offering professional human resource services and consultation to employees and management. The position partners with various departments within the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation (F) and the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies. Specific responsibilities include organizational development and change management, HR policy and procedure interpretation, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations and investigations, and employee and management coaching, training, and development.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with business units to support organization objectives
  • Partners with leaders to build and develop talent management strategies, methodologies, tools and metrics in support of overall business goals
  • Support an environment that encourages engagement and manages change well
  • Participate in the Human Resources department projects, teams, and assigned areas of expertise; facilitate the interface between corporate Human Resource initiatives and implementation within business region. Other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • The HRBP that supports multiple business units across multiple states
Qualifications: Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 6-9 years of Human Resources experience. Prefer 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role with experience in recruiting, training and development, change management, and employee relations.
  • Advanced skill with MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Change Management / Organizational Development experience
  • Talent Management / Leadership Development experience
