We are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager in South Korea , to complement our World-Class team. This is a first on the ground role that will be an opportunity to the right candidate to establish the business and build the ongoing team within territory.

We are looking for someone with proven experience selling a technology product who can drive revenue and deliver resulting growth. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, can deliver compelling presentations, has a history of consistently reaching or exceeding quotas, is dependable and customer-focused, and collaborates to find solutions. What you will own:
Build the brand and drive revenue throughout the designated territory
Manage assigned territory by closing enterprise accounts, developing channels and business partnerships, collaborating with Marketing to create and drive programs that generate end user demand, pricing promotion, and distribution requirements to headquarters
Responsible for growing presence of across assigned territory utilizing account analysis and strategy, account penetration, and development of executive level relationships
Respond, qualify, and assign Leads to resellers while providing regular updates to CRM and maintaining current information on a consistent basis
Maintain accurate information in CRM for all opportunities with minimum 12-month rolling window
Manage the closing process and dates associated with the sale
Serve as brand ambassador at trade show events
B2B Consultative Sales Experience – US start-up experience welcomed!
Track record of exceeding goals in a quota-driven sales environment
Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; knowledge of MEDDIC and Challenger methodologies desirable.
Domain knowledge in one of the following disciplines, Computer Hardware, Computer Networking, Computer Software, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Storage & Infrastructure Management or Cloud Platform Applications
Knowledge of the following verticals: Energy, Transportation and Distribution, Mobile Sales and Service, Utilities, Construction, Manufacturing and Government
History of producing or exceeding assigned quota on a consistent basis
Experience providing accurate sales forecasting using CRM Tools
Experience in developing and presenting sales plans
NetSuite, Hubspot Experience
Good command of English, written and spoken
Experience in working for a successful, high growth start-up
Experience in building a team from scratch and growing an in-country operation
Working in a fast paced, high energy environment
Highly motivated self-achiever
Ability to improvise and think on your feet.
