Connekted, Inc., a leader in hi-tech consulting and support services across New England, is looking to add an additional energetic individual who is dependable & detailed-oriented to support a team of hard-working individuals in our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring to work each day a professional appearance with a can-do attitude.

Administrative Coordinator Position:


  • Work alongside others on our growing team to answer emails & calls that come into our Service Desk from our discerning client base.
  • Customer Care, including scheduling of appointments, problem solving & courtesy calls.
  • Project Coordination - Including assistance with project inventory & scheduling.
  • Coordination of Subscription Renewals - Ability to work with a wide variety of vendor portals to access detailed client subscription information, as well as assistance in the creation of proposals and purchase orders relating to the renewals.
  • Formulate pre-defined proposals and facilitate delivery and periodic follow-up to clients/prospects.
  • Report creation - Various routine Project/Service/Utilization reports, including client subscription expirations.
  • Assistance in coordinating e-Mail alerts & campaigns to exiting client base using Constant Contact
  • Ordering assistance
  • Data entry using our service-based ticketing system
  • Additional administrative support for the Technical Team as requested
  • Special Projects, as assigned


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Previous experience in a technical environment using a service-based ticketing system a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Quickbooks (Purchase Order Tracking) & Constant Contact ideal – will train if needed.

  • Ability to assist in orchestrating multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Must take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
  • Be available to work at our East Greenwich headquarters facility Monday to Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

We have a Covid-19 plan in place and our offices are setup to meet social distancing guidelines. The majority of our team members work remotely and client visits are by appointment only. Enjoy our beautiful downtown East Greenwich location.
