CUSTOMER SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE

Our Customer Success team builds trust-based relationships with our customers, allowing us to understand their goals, needs, and concerns to deliver long-term value. We believe that if our customers are heard, supported, and advised, they will ultimately be successful with . We will enjoy side benefits like loyalty, retention, and positive word of mouth. But the main job is always focused on making our customers ecstatic and successful in what they do. This position is based in Seattle, WA working with our customers throughout the Pacific North West.
Responsibilities (What you will do)
Retain and expand ’s customer base by owning an evolving portfolio of accounts
Conduct Pilot programs and implementations for an evolving portfolio of accounts
Partner with customers to determine their needs and identify opportunities that benefit their workflows
Tackle challenges and react quickly to customer needs and requests without unnecessary planning
Know our product inside and out to help customers achieve their desired outcomes
Understand customer applications to help educate them on the capabilities of our product and how they can best utilize it for their business needs.
Collaborate with our Sales team to drive renewals and expansions
Work cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives
Surface opportunities to expand existing accounts when it’s right for the customer
Requirements (What we want to see in you)
You have experience working with/for a contractor
You have VDC and BIM experience using Autodesk CAD programs such as Revit and Navisworks
You communicate effectively in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, and amongst diverse personas
You have a growth mindset and view setbacks as learning opportunities, not failures
You can put yourself in others’ shoes and see situations from perspectives other than your own
You are motivated by seeing others succeed and grow when you partner with them
You are situationally adaptable and can quickly and easily acclimate to rapidly changing business and industry environments
