The Legal and Finance Departments are responsible for providing legal and financial support for . Together, we partner with the business to navigate legal and regulatory conditions to maximize business outcomes along providing the capital and financial reporting necessary to guide business decisions. The team works in a proactive fashion to support functional groups/departments on compliance with appropriate laws, contract negotiation, corporate governance, including reporting to the Board of Directors and external investors, and intellectual property strategy and execution.
Working directly with one or more executive leadership members (C-level), for executive administrative support, including file management, executive quality power point presentations, and project management. Some scheduling of meetings, travel, and correspondence will also be included in the job requirements but secondary in nature. The successful candidate will take a proactive approach to organization and time management to ensure the executive leader works as effectively and efficiently as possible.
(Essential Duties and Responsibilities)
Managing various company projects, as requested
Managing files related to various function deliverables, including regular upkeep of departmental electronic files
Significant participation in the preparation of certain executive and board level PowerPoint presentations including the assembling materials and build-out of certain content, as directed by the executive.
Enhancing our Executives' effectiveness by providing daily administrative support and anticipating needs
Scheduling and arranging domestic and international travel, coordinating/scheduling conference calls, in-person and virtual meetings
Serving as back up support for other administrative assistants, including administrative assistant to the CEO
Prior experience working with C-Level executives a plus
Previous project management experience
Strong PowerPoint. Ability to build compelling decks with a critical eye and creativity
Very detail oriented and organized with project management experience
Being proactive and taking initiative without being asked, anticipate needs of the team
Adapting to a rapidly changing environment and business needs
Working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
Flexibility, and ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality
Working with multiple calendars
