Available Shifts (Weekends required):

• Full Time

PC Qualifications:

• PC equipped with Microsoft Windows 10 or most recent Windows OS with all updates installed.
  • We are not compatible with Chromebooks
  • We are not compatible with MacOS or Linux computers
• USB wired Keyboard with a full number keypad on the side is required (preferably a brand name keyboard), functioning scroll lock key and operational function keys
• Minimum Dual Core 2 Ghz processor speed, 8 GB of RAM (memory) and 50 GB of available hard disk space
• Antivirus program with an up to date virus definition file. (please contact your ISP for details on the antivirus that they provide. Most the antivirus are free.)

• Quiet, private, secure, safe and clean area to work

Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or GED; some college experience preferred or degree a plus
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications
• Telephone Answering Service/Customer Service experience a plus
• Type 25 wpm
• Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus!
