Required qualifications, skills and experience

Apply with us, if you possess:

* A high school diploma or GED and are at least 18 years old
* Degree in a computer related field or experience in a related field.
* 1-year experience with activation and implementation engineering ? CCNA Certification -not required; undergoing certification that is a plus
* Experience using common routing protocols [TCP/IP, Private IP, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, RIP and Static Routing Ethernet, Frame-Relay, Multilink Frame-Relay] in successful network implementations.
* Competency/experience in Transport / Access [TDM Access, Ethernet Access], Applications / Systems experience related to the configuration, activation, and troubleshooting of circuits and routers. Configuration of: QoS, CoS, Load Sharing, Policy Based Routing, VLANs, Multi-casting, Sight of Origin
* Must demonstrate a command of common LAN / WAN architecture and troubleshooting techniques. Also possess an understanding and appreciation of common network security standards and their role in successful network implementations. Transport - T-1, T-3, NxT1, OC-3, OC-12, OC-48

Desired qualifications, skills and experience

Degree is a plus; any college courses in computers is acceptable
