We provide timely integration insight to influence the deal and strategy, scaled and rigorous due diligence, and we utilize our expertise to educate and influence leaders and teams for acquisition success. This role will support the HR efforts needed to successfully manage a deal from beginning to end focused on data operations, meeting and event management, and organization of deal related documents. In addition, this role will support the MAVS HR team’s ROB and administration. It requires strong collaboration skills, administrative and organizational skills, attention to detail, meeting/event planning, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and strength in navigating and juggling multiple priorities. Ability to complete work quickly as directed, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having the total picture will be needed. A calm and reassuring manner, bringing confidence and focus to situations is highly valued.
Support critical employee data actions; including data prep, entry and auditing, offer letter production, completion tracking for various critical data elements and document retention
Deal and event logistics management including small to large meeting and event coordination
Process leadership on key cross HR and corporate processes (I-9s, background checks, etc)
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for key activities in the deal lifecycle on behalf of HRBP, TR, HR Ops.
Provide calendar support for MAVS HR Sr Director
Manage and maintain team ROBs, aliases, teams sites, surveys and other internal communication forums. Provide input to communications and feedback to ensure clarity and engagement across the organization.
Other unique operations and coordination requirements needed on each deal to ensure successful employee integration
Operations leadership on deals with Level 1 to 2 complexity as a growth opportunity
5+ years experience in business operations or admin-related field supporting senior leaders, complex calendars, ROB activities for a team and meeting/events OR Bachelors degree and 3+ years experience in business operations or admin-related field supporting senior leaders, complex calendars, ROB activities for a team and meeting/events.
Proven interpersonal, organizational, written and spoken communication, and problem solving skills needed.
Excellent judgment, a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects well, work effectively in time sensitive situations and customer service oriented skills required.
Able to handle confidential information appropriately. You provide the “right amount” of detail/context; maintain strong discretion with regard to the content of the job and the confidentiality of the practice, the work, and the stakeholders.
Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management.
Strong proficiency with MS Office Software, particularly Excel required. Proficiency with SAP, Employee Central and other related HR tools preferred.
