The Job

At , we are committed to innovation and launching new products to serve our customers' ever-evolving needs. As the founding member of our New Product Sales team, you'll construct and finetune a sales engine that drives high adoption of our new products.


You'll practice consultative selling each day. You'll discover customer needs, emerge as an expert advisor, demo product capabilities, and guide prospects through product onboarding and training. You'll champion the follow-up—creatively using all the tools at your disposal to help busy small business owners complete product implementation.
As a direct partner to Product, Operations, and Marketing, your insights will inform how improves our product and processes. Your contributions will set us up to scale rapidly and build new revenue streams. As one of the first members of the New Products team, you will help us chart the path for future rs to come!

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, driving enough customers to new product adoption to hit your goals
  • Work closely with the product team to provide actionable feedback on the product and customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to identify targets, execute mass marketing campaigns, and improve sales collateral
  • Guide customers, step-by-step if necessary, through the new product implementation process to ensure their first use of the product is a success
  • Partner with our operations team to address and resolve any implementation issues a customer may be facing during the setup phase

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of customer success, sales, or implementation experience
  • 2+ years of experience selling software as a service
  • Proven track record of pipeline development and management
  • Proven success in the SMB space with a focus on those with hourly workers including but not limited to Hospitality, Healthcare, and Logistics
  • Strong outbound dialing habits and ability to create customer connections over the phone. Email is great, however, dialing the phone still works best
