The Town of Ipswich seeks experienced and detail orientated applicants for the position of Recording Secretary for the Finance Committee. The Finance Committee meets the second Tuesday of every month.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to review current FinCom meeting minutes to become familiar with the expectations.
Responsibilities including, but are not limited to: taking accurate transcription of meetings, and attending all night meetings. Additional responsibilities can include: uploading approved minutes, and agendas to website, and booking meeting rooms on the town website.

Meetings begin at 7:00 PM and can last until 11:00 PM.

The salary is a flat rate of $130/per meeting.
