Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent service and client satisfaction to all Constant Companion customers. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will interact with customers and clients at every level including but not limited to franchisees, their employees, end-users, dealers, healthcare provider organizations, assisted living facilities, and insurance companies. This position will deal with every imaginable customer problem or issue and must be responsible for either solving or escalating the problem for resolution. This role will also be expected to deliver high quality service, meeting and exceeding SLAs and making recommendations for improvement. The success of this position will be based on customer feedback and surveys.
Work Schedule: 8:00amET - 8:00pmET.
Interact with customers via phone, email, or online chat to assist with customer system activations, troubleshoot problems, and present solutions for a variety of situations.
Promptly and courteously answer inbound calls from customers and transfers from Tier 1 support agents.
Attend scheduled calls and meetings on-time.
Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, resolutions, complaints, and/or comments with a high degree of accuracy.
Demonstrate a thorough and complete knowledge of Constant Companion systems, programming, and activation (including Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and other voice-assistant technologies)
Maintain current understanding of all operational processes, marketing offers, and billing.
Monitor Net Promoter Score and own customer satisfaction ratings while continuously striving for improvements.
Act as the Customer Advocate, speaking with the voice of the customer in every internal discussion or problem-solving session.
Support the professional growth and training of fellow team members through peer-to-peer coaching and continuous improvement
Consistently demonstrate excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Lead by example the principles and values of Constant Companion.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ year experience in a service-delivery role in a secure call center or telework environment, or a HIPAA-compliant environment.
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems (Preferred).
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics:
Outstanding customer service skills with demonstrated ability to promote customer satisfaction.
Alignment with the principles and values of Constant Companion.
Display active listening, patience, and problem-solving skills over the phone.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Able to follow instructions and written standard operating procedures.
Knowledge of basic HIPAA requirements (training will be provided).
Able to work at a computer for your entire scheduled shift.
Required to have a dedicated, quiet work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy. Public or communal areas are not acceptable (i.e. cafe, clubhouse, library)
Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
Must live in a location that can receive a Constant Companion approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service (10Mbps download/4Mbps upload). Shared or group internet connections are not acceptable.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Initial Training and Work Location: This is a hybrid remote/on-site position. You will be required to come onsite for initial training which may take 1-4 weeks, to be completed during regular business hours 8:00am-4:30pmET, Monday thru Friday. Your designated schedule/hours will commence upon completion of the initial training period. Our office is located at 7519 Pennsylvania Ave. Suite 103 Sarasota, FL 34243.
