Seeking Fast Casual GM to relocate to high volume McDonald’s GM position in quaint small town in Arkansas

This is not your standard job site ad. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a multi-year experienced Fast Casual GM to relocate to small town Batesville, AR. We will take the time for you to learn both McDonald’s stations and Management systems from scratch. This is a AAA McDonald’s Restaurant. Rapidly growing franchisee, excellent infrastructure, world class shoulder to shoulder training, from learning the stations & procedures to learning our McDonald’s specific Systems. Will work shoulder to shoulder with you for months to learn QSR industry. Multi-year GM experience is a must.

Seeking a bilingual GM, fluent in Spanish & English, because we need a GM who can communicate with our Spanish speaking employees. We need a bilingual GM at top, so ALL our team members feel equally valued as a part of our Organization. The ability to communicate effectively with all team members is an essential part of this GM position. We are located in a city with several chicken plants, and employ many Spanish only speakers in our restaurant. We are an independent franchisee of McDonald’s and operate our Organization with a professional, family like atmosphere. We are well organized with strong people, but internally lack a bilingual manager prepared to step into the GM position.

Batesville, Arkansas is a beautiful, booming small town known as the Gateway to the Ozarks. 10,000 population, great schools, lake close by, world class trout fishing, mountain biking, and many other outdoor activities, college town, perfect place to raise a family. Excellent school system with magnate schools for elementary.

We prefer Fast Casual applicants because of prior success, but will consider all applicants. We are a high-volume McDonald’s with approximately 100 team members, and low turnover. Previous GM was a +20 year GM with us who came to work for us from a different restaurant concept, and was a GM within six months of working with us. We are a pay for performance organization and do not play favorites or consider anything other than talent when making pay/promotion decisions. Length of service with us does not necessarily correlate to talent.

Must have multi-year GM experience in Fast Casual or other concept as people issues are easy with multi-year GM experience, and although we can teach you McDonald’s, experience takes time. We can have you prepared in six months to be an effective McDonald’s GM when you have experience managing people in a restaurant environment.

Relocation package available. We are looking for an individual looking to make a long-term commitment to a rapidly growing McDonald’s franchisee currently located in towns as small as 1,600 and as large as 76,000. We have zero restaurants in metro locations, and this is not your typical bait & switch job posting where we hire you for one location and then transfer you to a metro location. I am hiring for this restaurant only, but I also want to let you know that we are a growing organization and advancement opportunities will be available. We do not make lateral moves with our people.
