This position is responsible for providing high quality servicing while overseeing the Bank’s Cash Management products (ACH Origination, ACH Filter/Block, Positive Pay, Online Wires) and Remote Deposit Capture products.
Manage, review, and perform daily risk management functions for Cash Management products (ACH Origination, Positive Pay, ACH Filter/Block, Online Wires)
Oversee Cash Management products (ACH Origination, ACH Filter/Debit Block, Positive Pay, Online Wire) – including regulatory requirements and procedures
Oversee Electronic Banking products (Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Electronic Statements) – including regulatory requirements and procedures
Oversee Remote Deposit Capture Products – including regulatory requirements and procedures
Provide support for sales and service team members in developing, setting up, and maintaining Cash Management and other digital banking products
Promote, set up, and maintain Cash Management and Remote Deposit products for eligible customers
Maintain procedures for Cash Management functions when necessary
Process wires and ACH files within designated authorities, and exercise quality assurance for deposit operations tasks
Provide support for sales and service team members by answering customer questions, supporting existing customers, etc.
Assist in process improvement
Provide support for assigned banking applications in administration and maintenance
Maintain expertise on ACH processing rules and risk management best practices
Cross train and provide backup support for other operations team functions
Assist other operations or back office partners
Routine interaction with department heads across Retail Banking, Operations, IT, Risk, Legal, and Sales.

Comply with all requirements, policies and procedures of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and attend all mandatory BSA training as needed for this position
Complete all required compliance and regulatory training, not limited to BSA

RISK MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS
Understands and adheres to Workplace Policies, Code of Conduct, privacy and information security guidelines.
Understands and adheres to Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, and Compliance with the USA PATRIOT Act policies and procedures applicable to position, completing any supporting requirements within defined timeframes.
Acts within authorized limits and delegated authorities and role applicable policies and procedures.
Follows processes and controls to protect shareholder interests.
Mitigates risk to the bank and customers by following all applicable security procedures.
Position adheres to confidentiality policy, code of ethics and knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, Equal Employment Opportunity Act, Wage and Hour Laws, and other applicable regulatory and compliance laws.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking industry
Knowledge of Banking products and services
Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services
Ability to learn and adapt to regulatory changes and company growth
Good communication and organizational skills
Minimum 2 years’ experience in bank operations, digital banking, or branch operations
Knowledge of digital banking systems, such as Cash Management and Remote Deposit Capture
Jack Henry experience
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Ability to be self-motivated and well organized
Ability to multitask
Ability to operate information terminal and other standard office equipment
Good communication skills

Pay: $41,182.00 - $91,842.00 per year
