To be eligible to join our team of Nannies, you MUST:
*Be 18 or older
*Be willing to pass an initial drug test as well as random drug tests
*Be a self-starter and exhibit competence and motivation when working independently
*Be professional, reliable, on time and competent
*Provide references of previous work history
*Be a good role model for children
*Be physically, mentally, and emotionally able to care for children alone for 8+ hours at a time
*Have a high school diploma or GED
*Own a safe, insured vehicle and provide proof of insurance as well as a good driving record
*Be passionate about interacting with children
*Have childcare for your children, if applicable

Pay varies depending on the family and their needs. We require our families to commit to a 4-hour time frame, so, as a Nanny, you must also meet the same commitment. We have many options and schedules to choose from, but we do ask that you have some consistency and flexibility in your schedule.
