The position is located in Stuart, Florida.

Looking for a Human Resources/Office Generalist inspired by the simple, meaningful & effective service and support of our growing employee base. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a dynamic team player. A passionate individual who likes to have fun and is accustomed to performing in deadline-driven environments.

Human Resources:

• Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives

• Maintaining current HR files and Online Platform databases

• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
• Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained

Office Coordination:

• Assist with vendors for special projects getting estimates and implementing projects approved by management. (pest control, copier, phones, cleaning, computers, etc.

• Inventory & maintenance of office & kitchen equipment and supplies.

• Coordinate office lunches, seminars, and employee events.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• 3 years of HR Generalist experience required

• BA in Business administration or relevant field

• 2-3 years of professional office experience preferred

• Experience with Paylocity software preferred.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft excel

• Strong attention to detail aptitude in problem-solving

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Proven ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within instructions given prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.

• Proven ability to self-learn and adapt to new software with ease.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

• Experience in the green beauty industry is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
