I would like to hire a versatile, experienced, and reliable Executive Personal Assistant to take on key responsibilities to support the principals’ personal and business affairs. Engage in a wide range of interesting responsibilities, from travel planning, calendar management, and appointment scheduling to gift purchasing, assisting with marketing projects, and overseeing a complex photo archive. Ten or more years of experience as an executive and/or personal assistant (or in a related position) required; a background in interior design, private art collecting/auctions, or private service a plus.
The right professional will be anticipatory and be able to pivot quickly between tasks while keeping the principal on track for meetings, deadlines, and projects. Must be highly professional, show good judgment, be able to work well quickly and independently, and have excellent technology skills (particularly with the Microsoft Office suite).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
