Title: Data Entry Operator III (Temporary position 20 hours per week)
Salary Range: $18.99-$22.80 Actual offers will be determined by the candidate’s creditable years of experience in conjunction with internal equity considerations and based on the organization’s current compensation practices.

Works within the vision, mission and philosophy of the agency., Responsible for processing, data entering and tracking data across the agency in compliance with quality and productivity. Monitors and ensures data quality and implement processes to maintain the timely delivery of all processing The position will also performs customer service and receptionist duties as required by the hiring department and assists with other needs of the department/program.
1. Ensures the computer entry and file maintenance of all data into agency systems
(e.g., EHR, SPSS, excel, etc) and external systems (e.g., county systems).
2. Provides data to respective customers (internal and external).
3. Verifies data across agency systems
4. Interfaces and follows up with agency staff to ensure that needed paperwork is being received as required by the department.
5. Runs reports and performs daily checks regarding accuracy and thoroughness of data entry.
6. Investigates and correct errors in the system.
7. Professionally administers all incoming calls.
8. Establishes various reports and documents to provide current and accurate information.
9. Maintains accurate and timely records for files.
10. Performs other responsibilities, as assigned, to support department/business needs.

High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or certification from a vocational school for a related area required.
Type 50 wpm and proficient data entry skills.
Intermediate knowledge of computer software/programs.
Intermediate excel skills; Advanced Excel skills (when the position is hired to Finance).
Other Specific Requirements
Must pass Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), and Child Abuse Index Check (CAIC) background clearance.
Valid California Driver's license with two years of experience driving and clean driving record may be required.
